For one established agricultural contractor based in Somerset, increasing demand from local farms created an opportunity to expand the business.
The contractor had spent many years building strong relationships with customers across the region, providing services throughout key periods of the farming calendar including silage, cultivation and harvest.
After securing additional long-term work, the business identified the need to invest in extra machinery to increase capacity and maintain the level of service customers expected.

After reviewing the business, existing equipment and future plans, Alchemy Business Finance provided a £150,000 funding facility.
The additional machinery enabled the contractor to take on the new workload while continuing to support existing customers.
