Alchemy Business Finance Ltd is delighted to announce the appointment of Mike Brooks, ACA as our new CFO, effective immediately.
Mike brings extensive commercial finance and leadership experience to Alchemy, drawing on a strong background as a Chartered Accountant and commercial CFO.
With deep expertise in the Specialist Finance sector, focusing on group financial reporting, external audit, strategic planning and strengthening financial controls, Mike is well-placed to support Alchemy’s next phase of growth in the agricultural finance market. His pragmatic approach and focus on delivering sustainable value have earned him a strong reputation among clients and colleagues alike.
In his new role as CFO, Mike will support the company Board advising on all aspects of financial strategy and performance, ensuring robust governance while enabling the business to scale its services to brokers, introducers and agricultural clients. He will also play a key part in developing the group’s internal reporting and controls infrastructure as well as supporting its long-term strategic growth.
